All returns must be submitted by the original dealer that the item was bought from. We can not issue an RGA/RMA to end users.

At Kochek, we want to ensure that your order is to your standards.
- Items that were purchased due to customer error are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from ship date. All returns are at the discretion of Kochek. Items may be subject to a restocking fee.
- No product returns will be acceptable without prior consent of the Kochek Company, LLC.
- All returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge plus applicable shipping charges
- ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS shall have a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA)
- THE NUMBERS SHALL BE ISSUED by KOCHEK COMPANY and CLEARLY MARKED on the OUTSIDE of all SHIPPING PACKAGES containing the referenced product returns
- All packages RECEIVED FOR RETURN WITHOUT (RGA) NUMBERS will be returned to the sender
- ALL (RGA) NUMBERS issued shall be in FORCE for a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS
- All items NOT RECEIVED by KOCHEK within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the (RGA) ISSUE DATE shall be considered NON-RETURNABLE. Tracking numbers will be required for all returned items.
- Kochek Company reserves the right to deny or modify any return request for custom manufactured parts, not falling under factory warranty
- Kochek Company LLC’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement or credit (at our option)
