    How do I access the dealer account?


    To access your dealer account, click the blue “Login” button at top right corner on of the website and on the Login page click the “Lost your password” link. Enter your email address and click “Reset Password”. Shortly, you will receive an email confirmation with your new generated password. Once you login to your account you will be able to change your password, update your contact information and view your dealer discount rate.

    How do I submit an order online?


    Before adding products to your cart, make sure you are logged in to your dealer account. Click on any of the “Available Online” products, select product options and click “Add to Cart”.

    To access the cart page click the “View Cart” button that immediately appears above the product info or the red dot cart icon on the top right corner.

    On the cart page you can easily update the quantity, remove or add new products. Once you’re ready to checkout, click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order. Enter your shipping information, PO number and select “Invoice” for payment. Kochek does not require dealers to pay by credit card when ordering online. When your order is finalized you will receive an invoice from Kochek.
